If you want to link brackets together or you want to make a 128 or a 64 bracket more visible you can cut them into smaller brackets and link them together.
Example of brackets linked together:
128 teams going into 4 brackets of 32 spots with 4 out of each bracket going into a final bracket of 16 spots.
Examples:
Teams or players in Division | # of double elimination brackets | Size of brackets | # going into the final bracket | Final Bracket size |
64 teams | 4 brackets | 16 spots each | 2 out | Final 8 |
64 teams | 4 brackets | 16 spots | 4 out | Final 16 |
128 players | 2 brackets | 64 spots | 8 out | Final 16 |
128 players | 4 brackets | 32 spots | 8 out | Final 32 |
256 players | 8 brackets | 32 spots | 4 out | Final 32 |
256 players | 4 brackets | 64 spots | 8 out | Final 32 |
256 players | 4 brackets | 64 spots | 16 out | Final 64 |
Some will choose to have double elimination brackets going into a final Single Elimination bracket.

Very Important: Linking your brackets!
You may be in luck and your brackets are already linked together, as they are an often used pattern. We still suggest checking them over. If not, you will need to link the brackets together to choose who goes where into the final bracket.
Go to Menu > Manage > Brackets/Round-Robin > Brackets Linker.
1. Choose the bracket
2. Click on the spot where the winner of that match will move to the final bracket.
3. Choose the spot where they will go in the final bracket.
4. Click on Link Winner.
5. If you want to undo, click on the linked matches and click on Delete Link.
6. If you are using brackets that keep the loser on the loser side rather than starting back up in the middle. (See how to)
7. If you final bracket didn't appear automatically, you can choose it from the list and link them together.
