A "reserved date" is a specific day that you block so that the scheduler doesn't schedule any matches on that day.
For example, you picked every Thursday from September to December for your league, but you don't want November 28th to be used for matches as it is Thanksgiving. You can reserve that date and write a note which will appear on the schedule.
