If you checked the option that the manager must approve each scorekeeper, you will need to manage the requests.
Go to Score Keepers (Menu > Manage > Players/Teams > Score Keepers)
Check the Approved checkbox.
Make sure to check the connection, that the user name and the player name are correct first.
