If you want to use the League Fees module you must configure your fees.

Go to Menu > Manage > Event Fees > Configure Fees.

Configure Fees

A. Registration Fees

Under Registration Fees:

1. Click on the Plus to create a Registration fee.

2. Select the Division this applies to.

3. Add a description as a note to yourself or as detail for players. This information will be displayed as the fee information if "Display as" remains empty.

    *More information about Display As examples below

4. "Display as" will act as a Title of the fee. But will also bunch all the fees together if same Display name for same division.

5. Enter the amount (You can enter 50 for $50.00.)

***  "Display As" (Grouping fees together)

In the example below, because both are called Admin Fee for the same Division, a player in that division would see one fee called Admin Fee with a total of 70$

In the example below, because there is no "Display As" it will default to the description. Players would then see a Fee called One time Admin fee $20.00 and Green fee for Sept $50.00.

To add additional Registration Fees, click on the Plus to create a second/third/fourth..... Registration Fee.

B. Sanction Fees

Under Sanction Fees,

1. Click on the Plus to create a Sanction Fee.

2. Choose the Association linked to this Sanction Fee.

        *If nothing shows up under Association, you must choose the Associations under 

                        Menu > Manage > Events > Pencil to  edit > Choose Associations.

3. "Display as" will act as a Title of the fee on the player's App. Which will also bunch the fees up if called the same name for the same Association.

4. Add an Optional Until, Pick a date where they can no longer "Dismiss" the Sanction fees and must be paid to continue. Until that date, they can click Dismiss to pay later.

5. Enter Amount (Enter 50 which will result to $50.00)

6. Choose the Divisions this Sanction Fee applies to.

7. Save.

To add additional Sanction Fees, click on the Plus to create a second/third/fourth..... Sanction Fee.

C. Match Fees

Under Match Fees,

1. Click on the Plus to enter a Match fee.

2. Add a description (Information for the type of match fee)

3. Choose the divisions this applies too.

4. Enter the Amount (Enter 50 will result in $50.00) ($50 for a league of 5 players, would break it down to $10 per player if they choose to pay individually)

5. Check if the fee is Required or Not. If required, it's a fee they must pay. If not required, it is an optional fee they can pay.

6. Save.

To add additional Match Fees, click on the Plus to create another Match Fee.
