The system will run smoothly without using the advancing locks. But this is one step further to control how the system assigns the matches in Continuous Play.

How to set up the Continuous Play tool

To set up your Advancing locks

Under Menu > Manage > Schedules/Charts > Continuous Play.

Your continuous play must be set up.

Click on Advancing % and locks

Complete Lock: Setting a round to 100% lock means the system will not assign any matches in that round until all matches in the previous round are fully completed.

Partial Lock: Setting a percentage lock allows the system to start assigning matches in the next round only after the previous round reaches the specified completion percentage. This helps control the flow while keeping the bracket moving efficiently.

No lock : The system always priorities to finish a round. But in the case where there are no matches it can assign (waiting for an opponent) it will assign a further match since there is a surface available. It wants to keep the bracket moving forward.

To assign complete or partial locks, click on the grayed out locks of the round you want to hold.

Partial Lock will ask for the percentage you want. Lock.

Complete Locks will ask to confirm.

To remove a lock, click on the lighted lock (complete or partial) and click on Unlock.
